| If any item purchased from Aaxeon Technologies, LLC does not meet or exceed your expectations in any way, please contact us within 30 days. If we cannot correct the problem, we will refund you the cost of the products purchased. All requests for credit must be submitted to Aaxeon Technologies' RMA department before 30 days from the invoice date. |

| Repairs and Replacements for Product Under Warranty |
| If there is a manufacturer problem or defect with a product purchased within the warranty period, Aaxeon Technologies, LLC will repair or replace the product free of material or labor costs. Buyer is responsible to request an RMA number from Aaxeon's RMA department and ship all defective or problematic units back to Aaxeon Technologies, Inc. via prepaid shipping. Aaxeon Technologies, Inc reserves the right to reject or return packages that are shipped without an RMA number against the shipper's expense. Aaxeon Technologies, Inc. reserves the right to reject any shipments made freight collect or billed to the receiver. | Repairs/Replacements for Product Outside the Warranty Period or Conditions |
| Aaxeon Technologies, Inc. is willing to assist customer with repairs or replacements on problematic and defective unit(s) outside the warranty conditions. Any repairs that can be made outside the warranty period will be made against owner's expense. If the product is not repairable, Aaxeon is willing to replace the unit(s) at a discounted rate. Owner is responsible for requesting an RMA number from Aaxeon's RMA department before shipping items back to Aaxeon Technologies, Inc. and is responsible for all incurred shipping, freight, and customs charges.
